What is a QR Code?

A QR (Quick Response) Code  is a special barcode that is read by QR readers and camera phones.  To access the information behind a QR code, download a QR reader app onto your smartphone, and then scan the barcode to capture additional data, such as a URL. [as defined by the US State Dept]
