The UN Rule of Law Website and Document Repository provides access to many helpful resources, key documents and more. 

The United Nations Rule of Law Indicators - various organizations within the UN developed an instrument to monitor changes in the performance and fundamental characteristics of criminal justice institutions in conflict and post-conflict situations. This guide describes how to implement this instrument and how to measure the indicators.

Rule of Law in Armed Conflicts Project (RULAC)

The Rule of Law in Armed Conflicts (RULAC) Project is an initiative of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. This is "a unique online portal that identifies and classifies all situtations of armed conflict, provides information on the parties to these conflicts, and applicable international law."  Along with global database, the site includes sections on applicable laws and significant issues.
