Students, faculty, and staff of the Naval Postgraduate School can enjoy complimentary access to The New York Times courtesy of the Dudley Knox Library using their NPS.edu email.

First Time Activation

NYT Reactivation for Existing Users

Faculty and staff must re-register their accounts annually to show continued NPS affiliation for NYT access. For account reactivation, please follow these steps:

  1. Log out of NYT on all applicable devices
  2. Go to accessnyt.com and look up "Naval Postgraduate School"
  3. On the NYT registration page, click on "Already have an account? Log in here"
  4. Input existing NYT login credentials
  5. Click "Log In"
  6. Please note no verification email is sent when re-registering

Note:  Students do not reactive their accounts as they expire upon graduation.
