Unclassified DSB reports and executive summaries are available to the public and can be accessed by clicking on the name of the report. Alternatively, they can be accessed through Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) by clicking on the DTIC AD number.
DSB reports classified as Limited Distribution (FOUO, CUI, Distribution B, C, or D) can be accessed through DTIC by clicking on the DTIC AD number provided (government-issued CAC card holders only).
DSB reports classified as Secret can be accessed, by those with appropriate clearances, through DTIC via SIPRnet (https://www.dtic.smil.mil). The appropriate AD number is supplied when available.

LMI is a private, non-profit corporation providing government with management advice. Subjects: Acquisition; Facilities, Environment, and Asset Management; Financial Management; Information and Technology; Intelligence Programs; Logistics; and Organizations and Human Capital.
The 2013 report focuses primarily on performance related to Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs). It does not delve into specifics of the individual programs. It uses aggregated data to shed light on macro-level performance indicators for the acquisition system as a whole.
